MEET THE TEAM

Our team is tiny but mighty, constantly advocating on our members’ behalf and work to develop benefits, programs,
events and initiatives that align with our mission and help us, our members, and our community:

CONNECT. ENGAGE. GROW. LEAD.

  • Anna Nelson is a small-town girl, turned city girl, who has found a home right here in Williston. From Oregon to Alaska to North Dakota, she spent most of her formative years in Rolla, North Dakota.

She obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Retail Merchandising at North Dakota State University with minors in Business Administration and Psychology. She moved to Los Angeles, California where she was the lead sales representative for a prominent showroom, then worked as an apparel buyer for an elite boutique in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. During those years, she earned her Master of Business Administration with a certificate in marketing.

Upon returning to North Dakota in 2018, she landed a job as a news producer and anchor at KFYR-TV in Bismarck; then assumed those roles for the local station, KUMV-TV, in 2021.

This community quickly stole her heart with its warm, friendly people, small town feel, and vibrant economy.

This role has given her the opportunity to continue serving the community and the surrounding area by connecting with its members and beyond, engaging with its businesses and citizens, and helping it grow by tapping into its infinite potential and leading it into the future.

She is so proud of the work that she and her team are doing for the business community in the Williston area. None of it would be possible without the support of the Chamber’s board of directors, staff, and members; the community as a whole; her family; and her loving husband, Eric.

  • Erin was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada and attended Arizona State University where she completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Performance. These include the two largest in the state of Vermont, Howard Center and Community Health Centers of Burlington. She relocated to Williston in July and has since taken a teaching role with the Harmonic Creative World music program and is the newest member of the Williston Area Chamber of Commerce.
