Join us for a conversation with two local early education experts – Janie Cox, owner and operator of Bright Beginnings, a local childcare facility that operates as a public-private partnership, and Dr. Jason Germundson, superintendent of Williston Basin School District #7. Ms. Cox will highlight legislatively-driven policies and programs that have been beneficial for childcare employee recruitment and retention as well as the affordability of childcare. Dr. Germundson will provide insight on the process and foundation for establishing Pre-K and Head Start programs
